Vercel processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. Data may be transferred to the USA; Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Contact form
If you send us a message via the contact form on this website, the data you enter (name, email address, your message, and the category you selected) will be stored and used solely for the purpose of processing your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for pre-contractual measures at your request; and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us.
Retention period: Your data will be deleted as soon as your enquiry has been conclusively processed and there is no legal obligation to retain it — typically within 3 years in line with Austrian limitation periods (§ 1489 ABGB).
We do not share your contact form data with third parties. The data is transmitted via an encrypted connection (TLS/SSL).
5. Email communication
If you contact us by email, your email address and the content of your message will be stored and used to process your enquiry. This data is stored in our email system and is not passed on to third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Retention: As above — typically 3 years, or 7 years where required by Austrian commercial and tax law (§ 132 BAO, § 212 UGB).
6. Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Fonts are loaded directly from Google servers when you visit this site, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a consistent and visually correct presentation of this website.
